1. Payment

➤ Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Ko-Fi, and Boosty (PayPal preferred).

➤ I usually ask for payment upfront.

➤ Payment plans are possible! Just let me know so we can discuss terms. However, the final high-resolution piece will only be delivered once fully paid, and your order may be lower priority.

➤ Refunds are not possible after you win an auction from me.

➤ You must be 18 years or older to bid on an auction from me.

➤ Payments are done via invoice. Do not send money randomly. It will not be accepted and will be refunded.

2. Workflow & Revisions

➤ Turnaround time is typically between 1 week and 2 months after the full payment is made, unless stated otherwise in the auction description.

➤ Payment is done upfront. I proceed with a rough sketch, detailed sketch, lineart, coloring, shading, and (if applicable) background — depending on the auction type.

➤ After each stage, I will ask for confirmation or revisions.

➤ Unlimited revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. After shading, revisions cost $10 per change.

➤ I will communicate any delays or issues transparently.

3. Privacy & Commercial Use

➤ Finished auction pieces will be posted publicly. If you want privacy, I can refer to you as “Anonymous”, but the final artwork will still be posted.

➤ No commercial use for auction pieces.

➤ No rush orders for auctions.

4. Usage & Copyright

➤ You always keep the rights to your character(s). I retain rights to the artwork itself.

➤ For YCH auction pieces, the base concept/pose/composition is fixed and can’t be changed unless the auction description says otherwise.

➤ If you have purchased an adopt from me, you are free to redesign that character as you see fit.

➤ Please do not claim the original artwork or design as your own unless you’ve significantly altered it.

➤ My art may not be used in AI training or datasets.

➤ I do not change my art style to mimic another artist’s work. If you are seeking a specific style, please support and commission the original creator.

➤ I have the right to upload finished artwork to my galleries, use it for my portfolio, or potentially include it in an artbook.

➤ Finished pictures won’t be reused (no recolors/edits after delivery), unless it is a multi-slot YCH and explicitly stated on the YCH.

➤ As an artist, I keep the right to some artistic freedom in terms of general style and slight color adjustments for better overall fit. Important details will remain unchanged (design, patterns, body type). After the work is finished, you will receive high-res and web-view versions. On social media, it’s best to upload the web version.

5. Watermark & Delivery

➤ I post artwork with large watermarks to prevent theft. Paid pieces come with a smaller watermark.

➤ You will receive full resolution files once the artwork is fully paid.

6. Frequently Asked Questions

➤ Can you mimic another artist’s art style?
No. If you want someone else’s style, please commission the original artist. I will not mimic other people’s styles.

➤ Can I request a payment plan?
Yes! Payment plans are available. Please message me to work out a suitable arrangement. You will only receive a heavily watermarked version until full payment is completed.

➤ Can you send me the PSD file or a timelapse?
No. I do not provide PSD files and I do not provide timelapses.
